1. Exercise Daily

Daily exercise for at least an hour! No need to overexert running, jogging, etc., but take up some sort of moderate physical activity in your everyday life. You can shed a few pounds fast, with a higher-intensity workout but walking at a brisk pace for an hour will do as much. At first your muscles may pain but later will get better. Stay hydrated, stretch, and eat protein rich foods after each workout.

2. Eat the right foods

Better not to give in to cravings for junk food and sweets! Stay away! Fruits and vegetables are the best thing to eat when getting into shape. Green vegetables like green beans and broccoli keep the digestive system clean and running. Lean meats like turkey and chicken & fish are good for health! Being full of proteins and healthy nutrients they help keep muscles fit. But, keep a track of how many calories you eat in a day & plan your exercise accordingly. Try to eat four to five times a day in smaller portions, rather than having three large meals throughout the day.

3. Stay hydrated

Try to drink at least 3 to 4 litres of water every day to avoid dehydration problems. Drinking warm water helps you get rid of the stubborn fat in your body & also helps you lose those extra pounds. Add lime juice & Honey to warm water and drink it. It will quench your thirst, clear your throat, help proper functioning of your liver and kidneys thereby promoting good health.

4. Ensure to get enough sleep

You should get enough sleep to recharge your batteries! At least six to eight hours of sleep keeps you going good, throughout the day. Take short naps if you feel tired.
